Educational Grant Requests

Tercica aims to improve endocrine and metabolic health by partnering with the community to advance scientific knowledge, gain clinical insights, and bring new products to market.

Tercica is committed to supporting projects that improve patient care through provision of educational grants to medical or other healthcare professional associations, societies or trade groups, and to disease-based research, education or patient advocacy groups or to comparable parties that do not prescribe, purchase or recommend Tercica products. Special consideration will be given to programs with enduring materials.
 

Grant requests must be submitted at least 45 days prior to event.

Requestor must include the following in the Grant Request
(on the next form):

  1. A signed letter on institutional letterhead describing progam and formally requesting grant amount
  2. A brochure (or letter) detailing the Educational or CME event including:
    • Number of credits
    • Title and/or description of topics being presented
    • Whether enduring materials will result
  3. Detailed budget breaking down cost of event and/or how grant will be used
